The Clarity Practice launch new solutions arm with inaugural RPA proposition.

The Clarity Practice, our new and growing digital health consultancy has launched a new solutions arm with the announcement of a Robotic Process Automation proposition aimed at increasing clinical and administrative capacity in Integrated and Primary Care organisations.

Since our launch at the beginning of 2020 we have grown rapidly, having secured a number of new clients and supported them with complex strategy development, decision making and innovation projects. This advisory work has laid a good foundation for our business and established our reputation as a quality professional services organisation.

Our ambition is to build on this success by solving major challenges faced by our clients through a combination of our consultancy and subject matter expertise, and technology platforms - whether our own or ones that clients already have in place.

Our inaugural proposition is a robotic process automation service that will increase clinical and administrative capacity by automating repetitive and burdensome tasks that unnecessarily take up the time of clinical and administrative team members. We feel that this is a particularly important focus at this time because of the extra demands being faced by NHS services, the burnout being experienced by the workforce and the need to increase patient facing capacity. This is a great first step for organisations wishing to build capability in using automation without having to embark on complex AI projects.

Our new service includes the discovery and justification of automation opportunities, the design and implementation of automations and extends to the provision of an RPA platform for those clients without one. Some of the benefits our initial clients have realised include:

  • Creating workforce capacity by reducing burdensome tasks

  • Reducing errors associated with manual inputs

  • Facilitate information flow across integrated care organisations

This marks the beginning of an exciting new initiative for The Clarity Practice and our clients as we build on providing insight and solutions through our advisory work through to delivering practical solutions to solve some of the every-day challenges faced by our clients.

More solutions propositions are planned to be during 2021, so watch this space and do contact us if you want more information.
